Check number 4750 of the Jamestown Street Railway Company for $98.27 made payable to the Erie Railroad Company on April 28 1913, signed S(elden). B. Broadhead (Treasurer) & A(lmnet). N. Broadhead (President), paid by the First National Bank of Jamestown New York, perforated as paid 5/2/13, neatly separated from a checkbook pad leaving perforated edges at left & top, engraved drawing shows one of their streetcars. $5.00 n(j)sngr
